Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. 

International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

As our pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities, processing times may vary during peak periods or product releases.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Carrier delays
  • External factors outside our control

Cérelle is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Failed deliveries where the carrier is unable to access the delivery location.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:

  • Clear photographs (if applicable)

We will assess the situation and provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you select or allow “Authority to Leave” with the carrier, delivery becomes your responsibility once the item is marked as delivered.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
