Cérelle is an Australian-based studio creating handcrafted accessories in limited quantities. All products are made in small batches and may feature natural variations inherent to handmade items.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your payment details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is not considered accepted until you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel or refuse an order if a product is unavailable

Correct pricing or listing errors

Cancel an order suspected to be fraudulent

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by postal or courier services

Delays caused by customs or external disruptions

Risk passes to you once the order is dispatched, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind after 14 days of receiving the item. However, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, as required by law.

8. Handmade Nature Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:

Minor variations in weave, texture, or finish are not considered defects

Natural material characteristics are part of the design and craftsmanship

These variations do not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law.
